- A schedule for Preventative Maintenance Service can be provided on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis based on the needs of the customer
- Re-tool and re-build of existing industrial parts washers and systems
- Industrial parts washer repair and equipment enhancement
- Custom "on-site" machine guarding and metal fabrication
- Industrial parts washer filtration, sediment testing, oil control, vapor and mist control and sound abatement
GraPar provides operation manuals in clear, concise, easy-to-read language to assist in day-to-day functionality of the system. In addition, GraPar provides telephone support and quick-to-respond service technicians for help after the build and installation.
Manufacturing
GraPar Corporation manufacturing facility is well-equipped with the latest industrial equipment to build parts washing systems from metal fabrication to machine assembly.
Installation & Start-Up
GraPar Corporation can provide installation and start-up of our material handling and industrial parts washers equipment and systems as is needed by the customer. Training of end-user operators is available upon request.
All GraPar Corporation parts washing machines and systems are tested on our floor prior to shipment. Customers are encouraged to attend during the testing process and to provide their input. Detailed sediment testing is performed in our on-site laboratory.
Simultaneous Engineering DesignGraPar Corporation engineers work closely with customer engineers to design an industrial parts washing process that will best suit the requirements of the end-user. All GraPar Corporation material handling and industrial parts washers equipment and systems are designed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
